About All American Asphalt — Owner-Operated Paving in Warren County NJ
All American Asphalt is an owner-operated asphalt paving company based in Great Meadows, New Jersey. Founded in 2016 by Jon Espeleta as a sealcoating operation, we have grown into a full-service paving contractor serving Warren County, Sussex County, and Eastern Pennsylvania. Our services include new driveway installation, driveway replacement, parking lot paving, sealcoating, crack filling, line striping, storm drainage, excavation, and gravel driveways.
What started with a single truck and sealcoating rig has become a company with more than 500 completed projects — built entirely through quality work and word of mouth. We bring a level of craftsmanship and accountability that larger companies cannot match.
We are fully licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania (NJ: 13VH11042200), bonded, and insured for both residential and commercial asphalt work. Every project starts with a free on-site estimate where we evaluate subgrade conditions, drainage, and project scope before providing a written quote.
